APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE

  • If you do not have the means to print the application, you can have them print one for you at the Bubble Wrap in Crested Butte. They have the application on file and will print one out for you.

  • The application is 2 pages and can be found here in the sidebar.

  • Detail on how to submit are on the application.

  • There is a booth fee, no application fee.

  • Please include a check for you booth fee with your application (details on application)

  • There is no drop off location for applications and checks this year. Please mail to address on the application.

  • This is a juried event - if you are selected to exhibit at the fair, we will cash your booth fee check. If you are not selected we will tear up the check. We will notify you after the jury. See application for details.


COLLECTING SALES TAX

Every sale you make at the fair is subject to 9.4% sales tax. In the past we have allowed vendors to submit tax themselves. This year we are requiring ALL vendors to submit the entire 9.4% sales tax at the end of the day and we will submit the taxes to the appropriate agency on your behalf. NO EXCEPTIONS!

BREAKING DOWN and CLEANING UP:

3 pm – please DO NOT break down earlier than 3 pm. out of respect for shoppers and vendors. Breaking down early changes the vibe of the event and shoppers sense it and leave. Please leave a clean and tidy area. THANKS!
