CHECK IN AND SETUP STARTS 7:00 am day of the event

The fair starts at 10 am



FULL AND HALF TABLE SPACES:

  • We supply 8’ tables for the “table” spots - the tables will all be set up for you before you arrive to the setup.

  • If you are setting up on half a table, your space will measure 4’ x 2.5’

  • These are very sturdy tables, feel free to place shelves or other display options on the table to maximize your space for exhibiting your products.

  • You can display things in front of the tables too, as long as the items don’t block the walkways

  • Bring a table cloth.

  • The hall has many folding chairs, you do not need to bring your own seating.

BOOTH SPACES:

  • All of the booth spaces are all located with a wall at the back.

  • Please don’t tape or tack anything to the walls.

  • Each “booth” space will be about 8’ long and 6’ deep.

  • You will need to bring your own display (tables, shelves, racks, etc) The large banquet tables at the parish will not fit in these spaces.

  • There are plenty of folding chairs for all vendors.


DID YOU REQUEST ELECTRICITY?

if so please bring an extension cord and duct tape in case we nee to run the cord in a walk way (very important).


DO WE OWE YOU A REFUND?

  • We have reached out to new applicants to share spaces in order to accommodate as many applicants as possible. If you have agreed to this arrangement we will owe you a small refund

  • The check you sent in with your application will be deposited if you have let us know you ok to share.

  • We will refund you CASH AT CHECK IN.


COLLECTING SALES TAX

Every sale you make at the fair is subject to 9.4% sales tax. In the past we have allowed vendors to submit tax themselves. This year we are requiring ALL vendors to submit the entire 9.4% sales tax at the end of the day and we will submit the taxes to the appropriate agency on your behalf. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are vendor in the 2018 fair, you will have received your tax form via email. Check your inbox or email us.


BREAKING DOWN and CLEANING UP:

4 pm – please DO NOT break down earlier than 4 pm. out of respect for shoppers and vendors. Breaking down early changes the vibe of the event and shoppers sense it and leave. Please leave a clean and tidy area. THANKS!


PARKING:

Please plan on unloading your stuff to the curb then moving your vehicle out of the parking lot so other vendors can pull in to unload.

Please park on the street for the day to keep the lot clear for shoppers.
